Free UK & EU delivery on orders over £100
FAQ
Delivery, returns, sizing and safety — the things people actually ask before and after they buy, with links to the policies and research behind each answer.
We deliver across the UK and to 20 euro-area countries. Delivery is free on all orders over £100; smaller orders carry a flat delivery fee that's shown at checkout before you pay.
Typical transit time is 5–10 working days. We dispatch from warehouses inside the UK and EU, and email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
We ship to the 20 euro-area countries. Because these orders move from our EU warehouse as standard intra-EU parcels, there are no customs charges or import duties within the EU.
No. Orders ship from warehouses inside the UK and EU, so a UK delivery moves as a domestic parcel and an EU delivery as an intra-EU parcel — neither crosses a customs border, so there are no duties or import charges to pay on arrival.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in the condition you received them. Once we've received and inspected the return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
Yes. As a UK or EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. That right sits on top of our 30-day policy — whichever gives you more time is the one you can rely on.
Yes — our chillers and the Ember Sauna Blanket carry a 2-year warranty. If something arrives faulty or fails within that period, contact us and we'll arrange a free repair, replacement or refund.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged — in which case we cover the cost of the return and send a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights are never affected by our policy.
Pick by your height and how you'll use it. The Plunge 80 (80L) is the most compact, ideal for a solo plunge in a small indoor space. The Plunge 320 (320L) is the standard all-rounder that suits most adults and an insulated, chiller-ready routine. The Plunge 550 XL (550L) gives taller users full immersion and more room for shared or clinic use.
Both work. Adding ice is the cheapest way to start and fine for occasional plunges, but it means buying and hauling ice for every session and the temperature drifts as it melts. A chiller holds a precise set temperature day after day, which is what makes a daily routine sustainable. Our chiller vs ice comparison walks through the real cost and convenience trade-off.
Our bundles pair a tub, chiller and accessories at a lower combined price than buying each piece on its own — the Starter Bundle is the simplest complete setup, and the Performance and Clinic bundles step up capacity and features. If you already own a tub, a standalone chiller may be the better add-on. Not sure? Take the two-minute quiz.
The recovery studies pooled in Machado and colleagues' 2016 meta-analysis clustered around roughly 11–15°C (50–59°F), not ice-water extremes. Colder is not reliably better within the studied range — get into that band, stay comfortable, and treat extra intensity as personal preference rather than a proven multiplier.
The same research clusters immersion times at roughly 11–15 minutes for recovery, not 'as long as you can stand it.' Beginners should build up gradually from much shorter dips rather than starting at the top of that range.
For most healthy people, done sensibly, yes — but respect the risks. The first 30–90 seconds trigger the 'cold shock response': an involuntary gasp, faster breathing and a spike in heart rate and blood pressure. Enter gradually, never plunge alone, and if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant or have any medical concern, check with your doctor first.

With a chiller you can run the same water for weeks with basic maintenance: use a filter, keep it covered, rinse off before you get in, and dose with the right sanitiser. Our Tub Care Kit covers the essentials, and the water-care guide explains a simple routine.
If you're shopping from a euro-area country, prices are shown in euros and include VAT for your destination. There are no surprise customs or import fees on arrival, because your order ships from our EU warehouse as a standard intra-EU parcel.
