Free UK & EU delivery on orders over £100
We dispatch every order from our UK and EU warehouses. Typical transit time is 5–10 working days, depending on your delivery address and the warehouse your order ships from.
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we'll email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
Because we ship from warehouses inside the UK and EU, there are no customs charges or import duties for deliveries within the UK or EU — your order moves as a standard domestic or intra-EU parcel.
Occasionally couriers experience delays beyond our control (severe weather, high-volume periods such as January). If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we'll chase it down for you.
If anything about your delivery looks wrong — a missing item, damage in transit, or a tracking number that isn't updating — contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
