All prices shown include VAT where applicable to your delivery destination. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete payment.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is only formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email — until that point, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. This does not exclude or limit liability for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
