We want you to be genuinely happy with your Kaldera purchase. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you're an EU or UK consumer, you also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This statutory right applies in addition to, and is not reduced by, our 30-day policy — whichever gives you more time and flexibility is the one you can rely on.

Email us at hello@kalderacoldtherapy.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps by reply.
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving it back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we cover the cost of return and send a replacement or full refund.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or refund — your statutory rights are never affected by our policy.
